Manual for the teaching of Nursing Pre-employment
Nursing Personnel is a large group in the medical team. The nursing staff has appeared with everyone life experience, including health and illness. From birth prevention injection to long-term care for the elderly, nursing staff play a significant role. As the population structure changes, the aging index increases rapidly and nursing staff is an indispensable professional in the life of everyone.
However, the usage of nursing human resources and the quality of the working environment of nurse need to be thoroughly reviewed. Nurses account for the majority of a medical group and play a critical role, but the working conditions and the working environment of nursing staff are extremely unreasonable. Therefore, the plan is to start with the pre-employment education of nursing staff. Through educating labor rights and interests, they will acquire more accurate knowledge of labor rights and interests, thereby achieving the purpose of nursing self-empowerment.
The purposes of “Nursing Pre-employment Education Manual” as follows:
- Prevention is better than treatment. By providing and educating the nurses' pre-employment labor rights, workplace health and safety information, etc., the nursing staff can increase their awareness of their own rights and self-protection.
- Via raising nurses’ knowledge of labor rights and providing a quality and friendly working environment, the whole service quality of nurses is enhanced.
- Protect nursing work conditions and quality of work, thereby fostering the professional development of nurses.
